I first met Jenni from EHS before I moved from PA to Florida. Dylan was the recruiter assigned to me, and he was AMAZING. Most people say they care, but it sounds robotic and you feel like a burden. Not Dylan! I very quickly felt like we were old friends, and... it was easy to share my wants, needs and past when it came to everything professional.
