Bob Carr
Bob has 25+ years of experience in various management positions ranging from large, highvolume restaurants on Fisherman’s Wharf in San Francisco to a small bed and breakfast in
Silver City, New Mexico.
Bob started his professional career in a popular restaurant and lounge in Michigan near Ferris State University where he attended college for Hospitality Management. With that experience, Bob decided to take the leap and move to the San Francisco Bay Area to be closer to his sister and the apple of his eye, his newborn niece. Upon arriving in the Bay Area, Bob was hired as an Assistant General Manager of an upscale steakhouse in Walnut Creek. With this valuable experience, Bob began to look for General Manager jobs within the city of San Francisco. He was hired as General Manager for Applebee’s at the franchise flagship location on Fisherman’s Wharf. This experience led to the opportunity to become the General Manager of a high-volume restaurant located on the water at Fisherman’s
Wharf.
In 2020 Bob was contacted by a former director of operations of his and he took on a new position and relocated to Nashville, Tennessee.
In his spare time Bob enjoys golf, basketball and live music shows around the Nashville
area.
