Carlen was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio. She always loved food and hospitality, so it was no surprise that she decided to pursue a degree in Hotel Restaurant and Tourism Management at the University of Denver.
After graduating in 2010, Carlen began her career as a restaurant manager at Sage Restaurant Group. In this role, she oversaw the operation and was responsible for training and developing staff and creating marketing campaigns.
In 2015, Carlen decided to follow her mentor into restaurant consulting. She helped several other restaurant owners start and grow their businesses. Carlen has a knack for identifying trends in the restaurant industry and helping her clients stay ahead of the curve.
Carlen then became a successful independent restaurant manager in Denver. She is passionate about helping businesses succeed and is committed to providing mentorship to her employees.
In her spare time, Carlen enjoys hiking, training her dogs, and spending time with her family. She is a kind and compassionate person who is always willing to help others. She is an asset to the Denver community and is sure to continue to achieve great things in her career.
