After graduating valedictorian from culinary school, Chris has worked in full service and fast casual concepts. These includes restaurant groups based in Massachusetts such as Burtons Grill and Bar, Tavern in the Square, 5 Guys and 110 Grill. He has worked as a dishwasher, prep cook, line cook, kitchen manager, corporate trainer, sous chef, executive chef and general manager.
His leadership experience allowed him to set an internal standard for what would set apart exceptional operations. Eighteen years in the culinary industry poise Chris to assist others to achieve their goals and he understands what restaurants need when they are looking for talent; leaning on his own experiences to achieve top results.
