Dawn Tyson
Dawn is an Executive Chef, author, consultant, culinary educator, “part-time” television personality, and all-around nice person. She has owned and operated or served as Executive Chef in several critically acclaimed restaurants in New York City, Westchester County, NY, Jamaica, and West Indies. Most recently, she served as Executive Chef for Eleven Clinton in Newark, NJ. She currently serves as the Director of Culinary Arts for The HUBB, a nonprofit community organization in New Jersey. She is the author of a cookbook entitled “SOUL: Southern American Cuisine” and has appeared on television both as a competitor on cooking shows and guest chef for morning TV show cooking segments. She has, through her work at the Culinary Institute of America and other endeavors, developed a wide knowledge base in the culinary arts and is passionate about this industry. Now as a recruiter for EHS Recruiting Company, Dawn can use her extensive knowledge to assist others in finding their career path.
