Eddie started working in the restaurant industry as a dishwasher with Perkins at the age of 16. During high school summer vacations, he worked in the food and beverage division of Seabreeze; an amusement park in Upstate New York. After college Eddie began working at Starbucks as a barista in Rochester, NY. Within a year he was a Store Manager of a high profile Starbucks café in Downtown Seattle. Starbucks was where Eddie began his coffee experience which in time led to stints with Peet’s Coffee & Tea and Nordstrom’s Ebar.
Eddie has also managed several casual quick serve concepts including Einstein Bagels Bros, Au Bon Pain, Argo Tea and Potbelly’s. Eddie has owned his own photography business for the last 5 years in Chicago and has gotten the chance to work hundreds of events throughout the greater Chicago area.
After opening up Old Irving Brewery as a server and working there for a year, Eddie joined EHS! Having been a former candidate with EHS (2 Job Placements) and owning his own business, Eddie understands the needs of both client and candidates very well.
Eddie lives in Chicago and will be focusing his efforts on Indianapolis and Chicago markets, but also the greater Midwest area as a whole!
