Eric Schott
Eric has 20 plus years of restaurant management experience with the majority of that time spent at Jason’s Deli in the Dallas, TX area where he learned and practiced servant leadership. This philosophy puts the needs of your team first which shows the compassion a leader has for his team. “There is no better feeling than leading a cohesive team toward a common goal.”
In 2012, Eric headed to Galveston, TX to purse the “beach lifestyle.” He started with a local restaurant group as a General Manager and within 6 months he opened a new concept for the company. Shortly thereafter, he was introduced to the recruiting business and spent 2 years with Patrice & Associates as a Hospitality Recruiter. “I have the ultimate joy and passion for matching people with the right Career.” Eric has brought his extensive restaurant experience along with his recruiting experience to EHS Recruiting where he will play a big role in contributing to the success of your career or the growth of your company.

Two words: Kevin OlsonKevin was on his game from the email and phone call on day 1. Super easy going. After, unfortunately, the previous head hunter I worked for was having trouble finding me... anything for 2 months I ventured on my own. When Kevin called, I did tell him I had some interviews lined up and he was super cool about it. “Hey good luck and call and let me know how it goes.” Most recruiters just move on. Kevin emailed me in between interviews for updates.After those interviews didn’t pan out, I called Kevin and he already had a company to talk about. When we discussed the place, Kevin was able to level with me and let me know it may not be a good fit. I’ve worked with recruiters where they just try to get you a job so they can move on. It was awesome that the few conversations we had via email and phone that Kevin could sense it. So I followed hi advice and we moved on.Not even a few days later Kevin talked to me about City BBQ. He sent in my resume and had me available for a phone interview. The next day he called me to tell me they want to do in person and helped set that up. Kevin was able to communicate the feedback from City as Positive and I was offered the position.In the midst of this pandemic I lost my job in late April. The aforementioned mentioned recruiter couldn’t find anything for two months. With Kevin, he literally found me a job in a matter of weeks and that’s including the interim interviews I was doing before.Kevin’s positive message in a time where I was feeling discouraged with the pandemic was so motivational. He didn’t rush to find me any job. Kevin did the research based off my personality and background and found me a job that I’m culturally in sync with as well as a company that’s growing steadily and is going to survive these pandemic waves.Sorry to be so long winded but I had to do my best to do Kevin justice for the funk he got me out of. Kevin is laid back, down to earth, but driven to find a great job for his client and the follow up even after getting the job is amazing.I appreciate you Kevin. I haven’t been unemployed since 1995 as a kid in high school. So these 3 months were brutal and discouraging. Darnie was a true blessing for me. Amazing company and amazing recruiter. A tool that I didn't know I needed, had access to or that could do what they did for me. Hailey reached out to me for a job with one of her accounts. After... our first talk she became instrumental in actually finding me opportunities that I didn't even know were out there. She had a list of accounts looking to hire and which ones she felt I would be a good fit for. I was already talking to and interviewing for a few other companies and she never pressured me to go with one in her account. She help prepare me for interviews and it was like getting a scouting report on what I was going into for each interview. When I narrowed it down and one of the ones were not through her she still did not pressure or try to convince me to go with her account. Instead she talked through pro's and con's and in what I was looking for and would be best for my future. Sincerely cared about the fact that I was making a life changing decision. She worked and helped me even when she wasn't in the office. I believe she's a tremendous asset to EHS Recruiting and to anyone in the job market. Thank you EHS Recruiting and Hailey.
