Gregg started working in restaurants when he was just 15 years old. His first job was for a top fine-dining concept in the Milwaukee, WI, area. He started as a busboy and dishwasher and eventually moved into banquet serving. From there, he worked in hourly positions for several years serving, bartending, and hosting. He eventually moved into management for casual theme restaurants such as Houlihan’s, Ruby Tuesday’s, and TGI Fridays. His experience includes front-of-house and kitchen management.
After many years in the restaurant business, he took a leap of faith into the recruiting industry. He has been making successful matches for candidates and companies for over 24 years in a variety of disciplines outside of hospitality. He is very excited to combine his experience in the hospitality space with his keen knowledge of the employment industry.
Outside work, he enjoys spending time with his family, working out, and exploring the culinary scene.
