Originally from the Chicagoland area, John now resides in Phoenix, Arizona with his wife, Sara, and three boys, Adam, Ben, and Ethan. John attended Le Cordon Bleu in Chicago, where he quickly found a passion for creativity and artistry in food. After culinary school, he spent many years in the kitchen, and created culinary masterpieces and menu design for local restaurants. John decided to shift the focus of his career to hospitality and service and joined Marshall Fields and Sysco.
He also has experience in import/export and global logistics. In 2016, John joined the team at Goodpack, where he specialized in the import/export of raw ingredients. He led the US in sales and brought tremendous growth to the organization through PepsiCo and Tropicana. From there, John joined West Liberty Foods, where he partnered with C.H. Robinson, Darden, and Ruiz Foods providing cold storage and logistics support.
