Michael Paul Strickland
Michael comes to EHS after a 15+ year coaching career in athletics. During that time, he specialized in recruiting, consulting, and scouting. His background in operations and development will serve him well in this new role. He attended Randolph Macon College, where he studied Business and Economics and played basketball. Originally from the Lowcountry of South Carolina, Michael has worked and lived in 20 + cities from Maine to Florida. He is a high-energy recruiter who loves to work hard for his clients and always looking to build his network.
Michael has coached at all levels, most recently as the Director of Training at IMG Academy. Michael’s career path has taken him around the world and now Sarasota!

This was the 2nd recruiter I had used, and EHS BYFAR OUT PERFORMED THE competitor. I was with the unnamed competitor from July until October. In October I picked up EHS, and in less than a week John,... (who in my opinion deserves double PTO, as well as a pay raise by at least 25%)presented a position to me where I was considered a top candidate. 2 weeks later I have landed the position I've been looking for!
