Natasha Naqvi
Natasha has worked in all functions of HR, but recruitment and training remained the two functions of choice & experience. After graduating, she successfully interned with ICI Pharma and Paints Pvt.- Southeast Asia. She worked as a Logistics Coordinator and HR Trainer focusing on recruitment & training new hires for an International Commodity Trade House for 3 years.
During her career break, she obtained her second Undergraduate Degree in Business Administration, from the University of Illinois, Springfield. She continued freelance recruiting for startups in the IT Software Development & Healthcare Industry Corporate offices, in the Midwest Market, Chicago & Indiana.
After graduating in 2018 she worked with a reputed high-volume RPO in Atlanta, Georgia, and recruited for a variety of Strategic Accounts in Home Care, Hospitality, Health Care, and Hospitals. She worked with Hapag Lloyd as a Corporate Recruiter/HR Specialist and filled corporate positions while Hapag transferred their head office to Atlanta, Georgia. She filled 70 positions out of 120 open positions in a span of 6 months.
In her role at Ciox Health she was a part of the Talent Acquisition team focusing on onboarding new hires, she filled positions across the organization: C-Suite level, Mid Senior, and Entry level positions.
Recruitment or Talent Acquisition, to her, is the perfect contribution a “recruiter” makes towards the growth & development of the Human Capital of any Job Market.

This was the 2nd recruiter I had used, and EHS BYFAR OUT PERFORMED THE competitor. I was with the unnamed competitor from July until October. In October I picked up EHS, and in less than a week John,... (who in my opinion deserves double PTO, as well as a pay raise by at least 25%)presented a position to me where I was considered a top candidate. 2 weeks later I have landed the position I've been looking for!
