Paula Sandifer has over 25 years of experience, and her Food service background is integral to her position with EHS. Paula’s love for cooking started from assisting her grandmother in the kitchen during her adolescent years that quickly turned into a passion.
Paula graduated from Johnson & Wales University with a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management where she concentrated in leadership. Upon graduating Paula quickly worked her way up the ranks from supervisor to customer service manager in less than 10 months. Her field of expertise within restaurant & institutional management experience include FOH, BOH, Inventory management for an army DFAC, Patient care, Banquet service, and big functions such as weddings and special events ranging anywhere from 500-1500 guests.
She has an innate ability to maneuver through chaos, especially during peak volume hours. Through her years of experience, she’s been able to get ahead of most issues before it becomes disastrous for the business.
