Stephanie is a seasoned hospitality professional with over 20 years of experience in the industry. Her journey began in Michigan, where she attended Michigan State University and developed a passion for the hospitality sector while working as a bartender. This led to a successful career with Bravo Brio Restaurant Group (BBRG), where she started as a corporate trainer and eventually transitioned into a managerial role, overseeing the opening of multiple locations.
Her dedication and expertise allowed her to thrive in renowned establishments such as PF Changs, Stonewood Grill, Speaks Clam Bar and Grove Restaurant in Lakewood Ranch, FL. Stephanie made significant contributions to the industry, playing a key role in developing beverage menus and launching successful nationwide campaigns. Her exceptional performance led to consecutive months of top wine sales company-wide.
Stephanie’s commitment to professional growth is evident in her certifications as a Certified Sommelier Level 1 and WSET Level 2 in spirits, where she passed with distinction. After the birth of her son in February 2024, Stephanie made the decision to transition away from the food and beverage industry, leaving behind a legacy of excellence and impactful contributions.
