Steven Tucker
Steven joins EHS Recruiting after a 21-year career in full-service hospitality that spanned many brands and culinary backgrounds.
Steven started his management career with Bloomin Brands, specifically Outback Steakhouse where he began as a Kitchen Manager. Being a stickler for systems and quality, it wasn’t long before he was a training ambassador and mentor to all new hire Managers in the southeastern markets. After opening new stores, he leaped at an opportunity to gain more knowledge in the culinary industry as an Executive Chef, leading a team of highly skilled and talented chefs. Always looking to grow in knowledge and experience, Steven then moved into a General Manager role with Mellow Mushroom. Gaining an improved skill set and leadership skills Steven led his Mellow Mushroom staff to record sales increases while improving food quality and guest experience scores in a manner that had his location receiving corporate accolades.
Continuing his career as a General Manager with Logans, Marriott, Red Lobster, and Jim N’ Nick’s, Steven has established himself as a true leader. Finding and developing talent has been a long-time specialty that Steven excels in and truly enjoys.
