Viviana Bolanos
Viviana has always been hard-working, motivated, and ready to take on the next challenge. While earning her Early Childhood Education Certificate in Tampa, FL, she got her first job at a preschool at age 15. She worked in all areas of the center including the classrooms, the office, and assisting the Director. Viviana really enjoyed working with children and helping them develop. Most of all, she enjoyed running the operation from the office and interacting with the teachers and parents. After Graduation, Viviana relocated to St Petersburg to attend College. She decided to get a serving job at Bubba Gump Shrimp Company. Viviana had done some hosting in the past for family-friend’s restaurants. This position was her first real taste of the hospitality industry, and she couldn’t be more eager to dive right in! Using the leadership skills and patience she learned at the preschool, Viviana quickly adapted to the restaurant life and flourished. Working as a server, bartender, bookkeeper, sales coordinator, and eventually front of the house manager; She moved up the ladder and gained expertise in every department.
Viviana majored in Marketing but found her home in the hospitality industry. She decided to continue her career doing something she loved. When a Recruiting Specialist reached out to her regarding a position, she was a perfect fit for, Viviana turned the conversation into an introduction to Recruiting. Ready to tackle her next venture, Viviana jumped at the opportunity to join the EHS team. She is eager to help others navigate their career path as well as help companies build strong, successful teams! While helping others find their perfect company match keeps her busy… When she isn’t working, she loves to sit at the beach, roller-skate down the pier or curl up on the couch with her dog and watch movies.

So I recently spent two and a half years looking for my next employer. After tens of thousands of resumes sent out over indeed, linkedin, glassdoor, etc…nothing panned out. Usually with recruiters... and staffing firms, they give you attention until they look at the next resume. My experience with EHS was completely different. Not only did I not get the usual “hear from them once then never hear from them again” but they, specifically Kristin E., actually reached back out on at least 4 or 5 occasions with new opportunities that were interesting, appropriate and engaging. Unfortunately I did finally find a new job on my own, but my experience with EHS was that good that I needed to leave a review. I have never even heard back from a recruitjng firm prior to this, and she did multiple times. Such a great experience!read more

I wasnt sure on what i wanted to do and kevin olson from EHS, saw my resume and reached out to me. He set me up with Margaritaville (which last year i applied and my recruiter lied to me and told me... they weren’t interested so I continued my search. Then i met kevin who made it happen. Although, I have never met Donna Davis in person, Donna was able to cultivated a sisterly like relationship through emails, text, and short phone conversations. Donna immediately made me feel as if I had known her my entire life! I remember the day Donna tells me in her calming voice over a short phone call, "Marlon I have the perfect position for you." It was at that moment that Donna Davis' calming and sincere voice inspired me to move forward with my job search having her as a new ally. After months of being defeated and miscommunicating with other recruiters. Donna Davis instilled in me how to believe in myself again! It was truly divine magic!!! Omg talk about above and beyond. I was the runner up for a job I worked really hard for. Didn't make the cut . With some inspiration from the live saver himself. Thought it was all over and then the... phone rang . Like the inspire said . This was it my retry and we were ready. So the meeting was set . This time it was two positions on the line and se wanted one off them. The day was finally here , 30 minutes before i had to be there the phone rung again. Are you ready the inspire asked. I replied you know it so 2 hours into a 1 hour meeting i was sure they wanted me. So a couple days went buy and some of us got older lol .
