Wayne brings over 30 years in the Hospitality industry with a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management and a Minor in Business from University of Wisconsin-Stout. In high school and through college he oversaw supervisory positions of three various cafés and fine dining restaurants with Radisson Corporation.
Upon graduation from College he commenced employment with Stouffer Restaurant Corporation / Nestlé USA as a Sous Chef and Executive Chef/Recruiting Manager/Employment Manager in the Nestlé USA Corporate Headquarters in Solon Ohio. Based on the travel demands, Wayne segued back into operations as a General Manager with the Stouffer Restaurants through 1992.
In 1992, Wayne started with Darden Corporation/ Olive Garden as a General Manager in Canton Ohio. He was General Manager of the year for four consecutive years for the company and based on that performance he became the Director of Operations from 1996 through 2019.
Wayne’s passion to help others has led him to EHS Hospitality where he can take his wealth of experiences and make a positive impact for candidates in their career options.
