EHS Recruiting Company will:

- Use an industry standard assessment just for recruiters. (This assessment has been used by top recruiting companies for 40 years.)
- Provide a self-assessment report by the candidate on competencies.
- Run ads on major ad platforms, manage the ad and candidate activity.
- Utilize our presence on LinkedIn and other major platforms to source candidates
- Use sophisticated AI systems to search for and contact possible candidates.
- Put every possible recruiter for your company through a multi-step interview process to make sure they are a great fit and that they understand recruiting and the expectations.
If they fit your need and pass our process, we will present a complete summary of our interviews and testing along with a resume.

The EHS team will be able to share with the potential recruiters their own background and what to expect coming into the industry, this will help weed out those that are not prepared to make this move in their career.

What are the desired backgrounds of prospective candidates including experience, education, skills, personality, expectations, roles, and responsibilities?
EHS provides a weekly update that summarizes the number of candidates that applied, the source of application, telephone interviews scheduled and conducted, and outcomes of interviews. Our weekly status calls are designed to help provide you with statistics, and analytics to diagnose our search.
EHS will present you with pre-qualified candidates which allows you to keep managing your business and not spend your valuable time screening hundreds of unqualified resumes. Presentations include a detailed summary of the candidate that focuses on background and why they are a fit for your company. We focus on the opportunity, motivation for making a move to recruiting, commitment, financial stability, and analysis of assessment results. The EHS team can also act as a resource to coach you on the most desirable qualities and profiles you may want to consider in new recruiters
The investment per EHS search for a one-month campaign is $5,000. The investment for a two-month campaign is $9,000. The EHS search process does not guarantee a hire nor is there an additional cost per hire made. We will not guarantee a certain number of applicants or candidates submitted to you for review.
Position will be posted for 30 days with major platforms such as Indeed, Zip Recruiter, LinkedIn, Facebook, and college job boards. We also use a sophisticated AI system to search for candidates as well. Client can add additional sites, additional postings, and/or an additional budget at Client’s sole expense, and EHS will be responsible for filtering and screening responses.
Please Note: The success of our search is based on the success of the responses to the postings and sourcing. We do the direct recruiting and sourcing, but a hire is not guaranteed; please keep this in mind when initiating your search.
