EHS will not just passively wait for someone to answer an ad we will go out and search for candidates with a background that fits your office needs.
EHS Recruiting Company will:
- Communicate clearly with you on all expectations to ensure a smooth process.
- Actively search for candidates
- Use an industry standard assessment just for recruiters. (This assessment has been used by top recruiting companies for 40 years.)
- Provide a completed candidate self-assessment report and references based on competencies.
- Run and manage ads on major ad platforms.
- Candidate activity managed and assessed.
- Utilize our presence on LinkedIn and other major platforms to source candidates
- Use sophisticated AI systems to search for and contact possible candidates.
- Put every possible recruiter for your company through a multi-step interview process to make sure they are a great fit and that they understand recruiting and the expectations.
If the candidates fit your need and pass our process, we will submit each candidate with a review of their work history and accomplishments.
EHS has a background in a variety of industries so we understand what a client is looking for in a recruiter in that space. The EHS team will be able to share with the potential recruiters their own background and what to expect coming into the industry. This will help weed out those that are not prepared to make this move in their career.
The Process:
Let’s talk; what is your practice, how do you drive your business, are you looking for W2 or 1099’s, or someone for a full 360 desk? What is the ideal background for your firm, including experience, and responsibilities? EHS provides regular updates on the number of candidates that have been sourced. EHS will present you with the top candidates that have been put through our process, which allows you to keep managing your business and not spend your valuable time contacting hundreds of unqualified resumes. Submittals include a detailed summary of the candidate that focuses on background and why they are a fit for your company. We focus on the opportunity, motivation for making a move to recruiting, commitment, financial stability, and analysis of assessment results. The EHS team will also inform you on what candidate qualities you should look for in trying to achieve a certain direction with your firm.
Pricing:
The EHS search for a one-month of service is $5,000.00 and two-months is only $9,000.00. EHS does not guarantee a hire and we do not charge more for any additional hires made. We will not guarantee a certain number of applicants or candidates submitted to you for review. The service will provide ads with major platforms such as Indeed, Zip Recruiter, LinkedIn, Facebook, and college job boards. We also use a sophisticated AI system to search for candidates as well. EHS will be responsible for filtering and screening responses. The success of our search for your firm is based in part on your communication and availability, as well as candidate responses and completed steps. We do the direct recruiting and sourcing, but a hire is not guaranteed.

I have worked with Jenni M. over the last month.
