With over 20yrs in the restaurant industry, Aaron prides himself on recruiting the best of the best, for the best.
At the age of 14, Aaron was dropped off, by his Father, at the Original Point Restaurant in Perdido Key, Florida. There he spent the next few summers shucking oysters, making cole slaw, and washing dishes. He continued to work in several other restaurants throughout the summers of his younger years, dreaming that one day he would be the next Jacques Cousteau.
Aaron worked his way through the kitchen and was eventually given a management opportunity by Applebee’s, then later on with Darden’s Longhorn Steakhouse. He eventually moved on and into the Fort Worth/Dallas area to be closer to family. After several years in Texas working for Reata and for the sake of family, he moved his wife (Savvy) and kids back to the island life where he worked in the private sector. There he opened and operated several restaurants over the years until finding himself moving back to the Dallas area to become a Director of Operations for a small group.
As his children started to get a little older and yearned to get back to the island life, he and his family decided together that they were going to make one final move. They put all of their sand dollars in one basket and moved to the west coast of Florida where he was asked to join the EHS team. Now he spends his days helping talented individuals find their next career moves and will never look back.
He’s a family man who enjoys being outdoors with his kids. A craft beer enthusiast and a completely unskilled fisherman. He also enjoys taking his dogs Britney and Kevin, for rides in his jeep.
