Bob Crowley
Bob has 35+ years’ of experience in leadership positions spanning many areas of the hospitality industry…hotels, restaurants, and hospitality education to name a few.
Bob moved from operations management of hotels and restaurants into the Career Development Office at Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI. This began the Recruiting/HR phase of Bob’s career where he held positions with Back Bay Restaurant Group, Sheraton Hotel, and Ground Round Restaurants. He then returned to operations leadership roles with Chelo’s Restaurants and ultimately Dunkin’ Brands in 2011.
After several years as a Franchise Business Consultant supporting Massachusetts franchisees, Dunkin’ promoted Bob to the position of Director of Franchise Operations – Midwest. In this role, Bob was challenged with growing the footprint of both Dunkin’ and Baskin-Robbins restaurants in PA, OH, MI, WV, IN, and KY ultimately growing his portfolio to 500+ restaurants with the fastest unit growth and comp sales growth in the country year over year several years running.
Bob resides in the Cleveland, OH area with his wife of 35 years, Theresa. Bob has 3 adult children: Shea, Jake, Meghan, and a Grandson-Lincoln.
