Brenda was born and raised in Boston, Massachusetts. She holds a business administration degree with a minor in Marketing. Brenda’s passion for hospitality began when she was 13 and helped her grandmother as a housekeeper. She gained hands-on experience across all hotel departments, steadily working her way up until she reached the sales department—where she discovered her true passion and expertise. Her career has been based on exceptional service, leadership, and building relationships. Building relationships built on trust has been the secret to her success.
Her love of people and inquisitive mind have led her to a successful 25-year career in the hospitality industry. Throughout her career, she has worked for brands such as Starwood Hotels, Marriott International, Hilton Hotels, and IHG Hotels. As a Director of Sales for 10 years, she is a driven, results-oriented leader who thrives on developing high-performing teams, driving company growth, and exceptional service. Her caring nature brought her to a position in assisted living sales, where she guided families with important life decisions for their loved ones.
She is joining EHS and will bring her compassionate and enthusiastic spirit. Her leisure time is spent with her family and friends. Brenda loves fun and a good meal.

Kelly Crawford wad amazing through my whole experience. I looked for a better opportunity to advance my career after over a decade with same company for a few months. I had one interview after... countless attempts that didnt pan out. I first met Jenni from EHS before I moved from PA to Florida. Dylan was the recruiter assigned to me, and he was AMAZING. Most people say they care, but it sounds robotic and you feel like a burden. Not Dylan! I very quickly felt like we were old friends, and... it was easy to share my wants, needs and past when it came to everything professional.
