Brian Forman
Brian brings over 20 years of restaurant operating experience to EHS. As a 15 year employee and 10 year Proprietor with Carrabba’s Italian Grill, Brian excelled in all phases of BOH and FOH operations, and set company standards in regards to financial performance, people development, customer satisfaction, and community involvement. Brian was named Pompano Beach’s “Businessman of the Year” in 2007, as well as a community “Shining Star” in 2009 by The Pompano Beach Chamber of Commerce.
Hungry for his next challenge, Brian transitioned to the luxury hotel segment and became the GM of Seagrille and Ocean Bar at the prestigious Boca Raton Resort and Country Club, and was named a Waldorf Astoria “Leader in Luxury” in 2013. In 2014, Brian joined IPIC Theaters as GM of Tanzy, which quickly became the company’s most successful restaurant.
Brian prides himself on his passion for people and his commitment to customer service, and truly believes in making meaningful connections with each and every one of his clients and candidates.
