Bruce Manson
Bruce has been living the dream in the people business that runs Restaurants for the last 30 years. He started working in restaurants at the young age of 16 as a busboy in the clubhouse of a horse racing track and has never looked back from there.
Throughout his career, Bruce has worked in every hourly position in the industry, both in the front and back of the house. His restaurant management positions have taken him from everything from fast food concepts of McDonald’s and Kenny Rogers Roasters to quick causal at Panera Bread to Full-Service concepts of Red Robin and Black-Eyed Pea to High volume concepts of Bubba Gump Shrimp and BJ’s Brewhouse to multi-unit operations in an airport environment. Along the journey, he has been everything from the hourly manager to the Operating Partner.
