Carl Griffenkranz
Carl has a diverse background spanning various high-level Recruiting, Training, Marketing and Operations positions.
He began his recruiting career in New York City, placing accounting and finance professionals in various Fortune 500 organizations. After NY, he moved to Los Angeles to join Hunter Recruitment Advisors, a start-up and pioneer of the outsourced recruitment model. Carl was a critical part of the executive team that grew the company from 6 employees to over 50 in just three years. He and his team sourced and recruited for a diverse client base and filled openings at all levels. After a successful career in recruiting, Carl went back to his hospitality roots by joining Moe’s Southwest Grill.
Being a part of another start-up organization gave Carl the opportunity to tackle many roles: store opener, franchise support, trainer and marketer. He was later tasked to lead the creation of a new brand for Raving Brands called Doc Green’s Gourmet Salads & Grill.
His last stop before becoming the EHS Market Partner for Atlanta was with a global manufacturer of glass mosaics and engineered stone slabs.
As Vice President of the company, Carl lead the marketing department for the company’s franchise division, Granite Transformations. In this high-profile role, he had the opportunity to refine his marketing, operations, event planning, recruiting and franchise development skills. This dynamic and varied background has served Carl well and he is ready to bring his 20+ years of experience inside and out of the hospitality industry to help match the highest quality candidates with our global restaurant and hotel clients
