Chelsea has been in the restaurant industry since she was 15 years old, working her first job at Cold Stone Creamery for 3 years in high school. She then worked for Panera Bread and Patxi’s Pizza, before finding Noodles & Company, where her career truly blossomed. Over almost a decade, she worked her way up to General Manager because she was passionate about leadership. Now, she is taking her extensive experience in the restaurant world and making a pivot to focus on her favorite part, the people!
A young, passionate, and dedicated individual, Chelsea is here to help guide you through the tricky world of career moves. As an empath, she enjoys building genuine and lasting connections. Helping humans find success is her greatest reward in life.

Kelly Crawford wad amazing through my whole experience. I looked for a better opportunity to advance my career after over a decade with same company for a few months. I had one interview after... countless attempts that didnt pan out. Donna Davis is my fairy godmother! She stayed with me this entire process, and was always there for me whether it be text, email, or call, she was ALWAYS very present in the process. Jennifer Morris is an angel. I've hadn't had to look for a job in about ten years. She made it a piece of cake. I had been on so many websites and applied in person. Not as easy as it used to be....
