Chris’ F&B journey began early in high school working at the local Colorado sports and entertainment venues eventually leading to running the Stanley Hotel’s coffee program in Estes Park, Colorado.

From there, Chris joined the Starbucks Coffee Company in Colorado and relocated to Pennsylvania. He worked his way through the ranks to Store Manager running a Community Store in Hershey, PA. With 10 years of tenure at Starbucks, Chris prides himself on finding the right person for the right job. He continued his work advising newly hired peers, helping to develop their candidate sourcing and hiring skills into a sustainable recruiting approach.

After a decade on the East Coast, Chris returned to Colorado to spend more time near his family and to be closer to his alma mater, the University of Colorado, Boulder. Chris enjoys football, baseball, golf, and visiting the US National Parks with his wife Ellen in his spare time.

Kelly Crawford wad amazing through my whole experience. I looked for a better opportunity to advance my career after over a decade with same company for a few months. I had the delight of working with Kevin. He was very helpful to me over the course of an extensive job hunt. He did a great job giving me direct and helpful feedback on how to improve my resume and... how to present myself well throughout the hiring and interviewing process. He was encouraging and genuinely prioritized my best interests while seeking out great new opportunities for me. I think this is a very common struggle for good talented Chefs that are employed and looking for something new.
