Dan joins EHS after a stellar career in the hospitality field for over 32 years. He was born and raised in New York and now calls the tropical west coast of Florida his home since 1998. Dan’s strong background has included time in the Northeast, Southeast, California, and Florida. He has worked with some of the best in the industry from Carrabba’s, Uno Chicago Grill, Leeroy Selmons, and The Cheesecake Factory. Some of his, accomplishments were “ Best Kitchen Productivity Awards” in four different companies, to a turnaround professional as General Manager of several locations. Volume was always much of his focus, with unit sales hitting $ 13-16 million in annual sales over his tenure. Dan believes people are the key in any business and, he loves this! Coaching and teaching are part of his DNA. “I am very excited to be a part of the strongest recruiting team in the word!”
