Dan joined EHS Recruiting Company in 2016 after a successful career in the hospitality business for over 30 years. Born and raised in New York and now calls the tropical west coast of Florida his home. Over his career, he spent time in the Northeast, Southeast, California, and Florida. Spending time with some of the best in the industry, Carrabba’s, Uno Chicago Grill, and The Cheesecake Factory as well as upstarts recently in sunny Sarasota. Dan has experience in the kitchen and the dining room making him a versatile leader. Working his way up through the industry ranks from Manager to Kitchen Manager, General Manager, and then Training GM. Spending time in low-volume and high-volume units was fulfilling for him from $25k to $365k weekly and all were exciting! Dan believes people are the key to this business. Coaching and teaching are in his DNA from being raised by parents that were educators.
After many years with EHS he loves what he does more each day which is making a difference in people’s lives.
