Daniel Melnyk has worked with some of the greatest teams around the world in the hospitality industry. From New York to Miami, the Virgin Islands to Guam and Bermuda to Hawaii, Daniel currently hangs his straw hat in beautiful Sarasota Florida where he joins other industry giants at EHS Hospitality Group, the leader in Executive Hospitality Recruiting. His 20 plus years of F&B experience with the biggest names in the business range from managing the 23 million dollar per year Cheesecake Factory in Honolulu to the 50 million dollar Hard Rock Cafe Orlando. Daniel has seen some volume, but that quantity has been enhanced with his exposure to high end Culinary Concepts such as Herve, USVI and The White Horse, Bermuda. Daniel now translates this talent into finding amazing people for top notch establishments around the globe.
