Deandra started her passion in hospitality 20 years ago in the Metro Detroit area by working with small concept restaurants, moving to the Washington D.C. area to work for country clubs. Wanting to continue to grow and learn in the hospitality industry, took a leap to Florida where she completed her sommelier and cicerone certification with Hilton Waldorf and Disney. The most influential pivot in her career was the opportunity to open and train at many of the new concept high-volume restaurants at Disney for the past 10 years.
Her passion came from wanting to make dining an experience by bringing family and friends together by being wined and dined as a time to have a memorable experience. After having the opportunity to work with so many wonderful companies, growing to become a recruiter gives Deandra an opportunity to find the perfect placement that the client is looking for.
On her spare time, she enjoys nice wine and food with family and friends. Checking out new restaurants in the Tampa area.
