Deborah McCullough
Deborah fell into the hotel industry by chance. She had friends who were industry Managers. At a concert one of the Managers at the Westin asked her to come work for them. Two weeks later she started with them. Deborah started out as a server and worked her way up. While falling in love with the hustle and bustle, it taught her to help and care about others. Her experience in food and beverage ranges from Hotels, Country Clubs, Canteen & Elderly care. Her last job was as a Manager at Cracker Barrel. While looking for a new job opportunity she met a recruiter from EHS. After speaking with her quite a few times, her heart knew that she did not want to go on interviews unless it was with her company. She wanted to help others get their dream job. If she could be like her when she grows up, she would feel complete. Realizing we spend so much time at work. What an amazing opportunity it would be to help others get where they want to be in life. How a new career can make your life so complete and fulfilled. That would be an amazing gift to give others.
