Donna has close to 20 years experience in restaurant operations, restaurant management recruiting and regional training. Her passion for the restaurant business began with Darden Restaurants and The Olive Garden. For 16 years she excelled in every Front of House, Back of House and Management position the Olive Garden had. As a manager she was able to thrive in the various tough markets that Houston has to offer and was awarded with the General Manager of the Year Award.
She then joined Landry’s Restaurant Inc. Donna spent 3 years recruiting top General Managers, Executive Chefs, Sous Chefs, Assistant Managers and Sales Managers for 5 of their high end concepts: Chart House, Oceanaire Seafood Room, Morton’s The Steakhouse and eventually Mastro’s and Mastro’s Ocean Club.
When she felt she needed more, her teaching background kicked in a she took a position as Regional Training Manager for Morton’s The Steakhouse.
Wanting to get back to what she loved, recruiting, Donna joined EHS Hospitality and is working with Clients, helping them find that perfect candidate and Candidates placing them with the perfect job in Houston as well as the nationwide. Let her put her skills and contacts to work for you!!!
