Jacquelle was born and raised in B.C. Canada and has worked in the hospitality industry for 15 years. She got her start in restaurants at 18 as a hostess and quickly made her way up to management in a short amount of time. She began in fine-dining restaurants and found a passion for good food and good company. The fast-paced, ever-evolving atmosphere of restaurant life was addicting! Her love for food inspired her to go to the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition and in 2018 she became a Registered Holistic Nutritionist. Using her advanced knowledge of nutrition she developed comprehensive nutrition programs and allergen guides for restaurants to help guests and staff navigate through different dietary requirements.
For the last 8 years she was the General Manager of an upscale steakhouse in the beautiful Okanagan where she found another passion, golf. “I am much better at restaurant operations than golfing though”.
Through her many years of running large brigades and successful restaurants, she has brought her years of knowledge and skills to join the EHS Team. She believes that a business is only as good as the people that they hire.
