Jeff Barkwill

Jeff has over three decades of successful restaurant management experience, two dozen years of which were in multi-unit and regional roles. In addition, he has been an owner/operator of his own restaurant, Los Amigos, which he owned for six years.

Jeff has worked for three high profile restaurant companies in his career: Canteen Corporation, which is now Eurest Dining Services, as District Manager; Levy Restaurants as Director of Operations at Sears Tower; Nordstrom as Regional Restaurant Manager where he oversaw and opened restaurants throughout the Midwest. Over his career, Jeff has successfully opened more than three dozen restaurants and managed twenty operations as a multi-unit manager.

Jeff is a graduate of the University of Illinois, hobbies include travel, photography, running, biking, hiking and exploring nature.

Jeff is the Managing Partner for the Dallas Market. He specializes in searches for Dallas but also focuses with his team on opportunities throughout Texas and the US.

Dylan was the recruiter assigned to me, and he was AMAZING. Most people say they care, but it sounds robotic and you feel like a burden. Not Dylan! I very quickly felt like we were old friends, and... it was easy to share my wants, needs and past when it came to everything professional.
