John started his career as a busboy at Chuck’s Steak House in Marina Del Rey, CA. Over the next 3 years John worked his way through each position including butcher, cook, server, manager and at the end of those 3 years became General Manager. Over the next 9 years John helped open 4 new restaurants for the Chuck’s partnership throughout the South California region. John then joined the Los Angeles based Restaurant Concepts of America , After a successful opening of Josephina’s a new Italian concept for the company, John became Dir. of Ops and traveled back and forth between CO and CA opening new stores and troubleshooting existing ones. After 9 years John left and did some consulting before joining Premier Ventures as Beverage Manager where he spent 6 years working closely with Jim Sullivan. While at work in one of the company’s restaurants one evening in walks the President of Village Inn restaurants who worked with John back in the Chuck’s Steak House days. John was asked to visit the VI offices and was hired to help open and consult with VI franchisees throughout the country. After 8 years with VI Corporate, John was hired away by one of the franchisees to run their 8 store company based in Tulsa, OK. After 4 years in OK John decided to return to CO and joined EHS as an Owner for the Rocky Mountain Region. Now, with 9 years of running the Denver office John focuses on his region but has been very successful recruiting for Clients Nationwide and placing managers from NY to CA.
