Words cannot express just how genuinely amazing EHS and my Recruiter (Sue B.) was. I'll preface that I have never worked with a recruiting company before and stumbled upon them through Indeed.I... first got in contact with my recruiter through Indeed when I applied to a job posting. About 1 day later I received a phone call from Sue in which she explained who she was & the company she worked for. She was also quick to explain that they do not charge me for their services, but rather they get paid when I get hired (Which is actually pretty awesome). We talked for a while, she got a very detailed work history, experience, and assessment of what I was looking for. She also gave my resume an overhaul and got me in contact with 2 great prospect jobs. EHS essentially takes all my information and goes to jobs that are best fits and advocates for me, assists in setting up interviews & coaching for them, and walks with you through the whole process till accepting a job. It was a very professional & communicative process. Within 2 weeks of working with them I got hired by an excellent company that was a great fit.Look, job hunting in not easy. It's a very stressful experience where you can feel like you are throwing your resume into a black hole (especially hunting on websites like Indeed). This whole process made looking for a job actually enjoyable and exciting. My recruiter wanted to see me succeed and get a job that was a good fit for me, not just the first thing that came my way for a quick paycheck.10/10, 5 stars, and every other perfect score I can give them!read more

From Beginning to End, I can say Mr. Bruce M. has help me along the way in transition to my new Employment. I had the wonderful opportunity to work with Shawn. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly but also very accommodating. He listened to my needs and my scheduling conflicts... due to having 3 children but also honoring the fact that my wife has her own career. He immediately got to work and rewrote my resume and had 3 jobs for me to look into within basically our first correspondence. One of which is the job that seemed to be built for my exact strengths and needs. I truly hope that I have a long and prosperous career with this new opportunity, that I doubt I would have been able to find without Shawn's help. 11/18/2025Kevin Olson coming in clutch again!!!An unfortunate circumstance that was out of my control left me without a job and, seeing as Kevin found me my last job fast but still with high... quality, I felt he could do the same for me again. And Kevin did not disappoint. He convinced me to try a place I wasn’t totally sold on, but I trusted his instincts and was very pleased with the culture piece and compensation plan of the job I interviewed for. I feel like this could possibly be my “last stop job”. Kevin is just awesome!!!! He was in constant communication throughout the whole process and his positive energy really kept me motivated. He cares about his candidates and isn’t just looking to plug them into a job for commission. He’s dedicated to finding the right fit for the right person. Since I can’t make a whole new review due to a one review limit, I made it a point not to delete my previous review listed below so everyone seeing this can see the man and the legend Kevin is.This is from a previous review from 2020:Two words: Kevin OlsonKevin was on his game from the email and phone call on day 1. Super easy going. After, unfortunately, the previous head hunter I worked for was having trouble finding me anything for 2 months I ventured on my own. When Kevin called, I did tell him I had some interviews lined up and he was super cool about it. “Hey good luck and call and let me know how it goes.” Most recruiters just move on. Kevin emailed me in between interviews for updates.After those interviews didn’t pan out, I called Kevin and he already had a company to talk about. When we discussed the place, Kevin was able to level with me and let me know it may not be a good fit. I’ve worked with recruiters where they just try to get you a job so they can move on. It was awesome that the few conversations we had via email and phone that Kevin could sense it. So I followed hi advice and we moved on.Not even a few days later Kevin talked to me about City BBQ. He sent in my resume and had me available for a phone interview. The next day he called me to tell me they want to do in person and helped set that up. Kevin was able to communicate the feedback from City as Positive and I was offered the position.In the midst of this pandemic I lost my job in late April. The aforementioned mentioned recruiter couldn’t find anything for two months. With Kevin, he literally found me a job in a matter of weeks and that’s including the interim interviews I was doing before.Kevin’s positive message in a time where I was feeling discouraged with the pandemic was so motivational. He didn’t rush to find me any job. Kevin did the research based off my personality and background and found me a job that I’m culturally in sync with as well as a company that’s growing steadily and is going to survive these pandemic waves.Sorry to be so long winded but I had to do my best to do Kevin justice for the funk he got me out of. Kevin is laid back, down to earth, but driven to find a great job for his client and the follow up even after getting the job is amazing.I appreciate you Kevin. I haven’t been unemployed since 1995 as a kid in high school. So these 3 months were brutal and discouraging.
