With over 25 years of restaurant experience, Scott has been a hospitality professional since he was 14 years old. After graduating from Indiana University, Scott started to put his management style to work in upper casual and fine dining restaurants. Scott enjoyed success with local Indy favorites like Grindstone Charley’s, The Keystone Grill, and Iozzo’s Garden of Italy as well as tenure with Cooperate favorites Shula’s Steakhouse, Bravo/Brio, and Palomino.
He true passion was always hiring and training of the teammates that would be working beside him. After a positive recruiting experience with EHS recruiter Brian Giffen, Scott realized there was a way to parlay a love of hospitality operations and recruiting. He now serves these passions with trying to place those perfect candidates looking to take the next steps in their career and servicing the best Restaurants, Hotels, and Venues in the country.
If he’s not at Assembly Hall rooting on his beloved Indiana Hoosiers, Scott can always be found at the show, on the lake, or on the couch with his family.
