Shawn Murray
Shawn was born in Okinawa, Japan. His father was in the military and worked as a manager for IBM, which had him in Boston, MA, Lexington KY, Hartland WI and then Bloomington MN. Moving around as a child allowed Shawn to adapt to new situations quickly. Restaurants became a second home to him as he moved around the country. He has been in the restaurant industry for many years and over that time, he has owned, built and run some of the busiest restaurants in the Twin Cities. Restaurants continue to be a passion for him and his connections run deep in the industry. During this time, EHS has been an important part of his success and in February 2024, the opportunity came to work with EHS.
Shawn lives in Hudson, Wisconsin and loves spending time with his two children. In his spare time, he enjoys yoga, mountain biking, skiing, BWCA and pretty much anything else outside.
Shawn is here to connect candidates with their dream jobs and help restaurants find elite talent.
