Stacey is a fifth-generation restaurateur, with her family opening their first brick & mortar restaurant in 1888. Growing up in the industry has given her significant insight into all aspects of the business, from building to operating to marketing and hiring. She started bussing tables for her family 2 days a week at the age of 10 and working every position. Her family owned restaurants ranging from pie shops, cafeterias, casual, fine dining, and even a wild game concept. Stacey later decided to venture into the corporate world, where she spent 16 successful years’ operating several different restaurants including Longhorn Steakhouse, Bravo Brio, and Blue Sushi Sake Grill.
Having spent over 3 decades in the industry, Stacey knows that people make the company, people who are full of authentic energy, passion and have strong mental durability. These are the people who create culture, and success, while delivering the highest quality of products and services. Only equal to her passion for hospitality is her dedication to connecting these people to their dream job.
When not working Stacey enjoys any time she can in nature; whether she is on the beach, boating on the lake, tubing down the river, or hiking trails with her family
