Tania Veirs
Fresh out of Morehead State University, she began her career in advertising at a tourism magazine. She then became an event planner and trade show organizer for the motor coach industry. Through her various travels conducting site tours of hotels, attractions and restaurants, she was recruited into food service operations and served as the Marketing Director for a large franchise out of Louisville, KY.
In 2012 she moved into a recruiting role for one of the countries largest staffing companies and during her tenure, had the most profitable office year over year. Over the last several years she has recruited candidates of all levels, for countries all over the world and joined EHS Recruiting Company because it combines two passions, hospitality and recruiting. Coaching, mentoring and helping others find where they belong is a passion. She spends many evenings helping candidates online, veterans in person at the American Legion and organizing events to help women entering or re-entering the workforce.
