Tessa Xioutas
Tessa was born in London, England, grew up in Sarasota, FL, and landed in Tampa, FL. She has always found herself in service-oriented professions where she worked closely with people. As a previous English Language Teacher, she had the opportunity to work and live internationally. During this time, Tessa traveled to 35 countries and enjoyed working within diverse environments and meeting people who walked different paths. Her background in adult education, combined with her enthusiasm in collaborating with others to achieve successful outcomes led her to recruitment. Having worked in both agency and corporate settings, supporting both external and internal partners, domestically and globally, Tessa understands the multifaceted approaches within this industry and prides herself on being an advocate for candidates as well as a trusted client partner. Having grown up in Florida, a thriving hospitality market, and previously supporting a large hospitality and entertainment client, Tessa is excited to further explore this side of the industry and bring people and opportunities together. In her spare time, she enjoys exploring new places, spending quality time with friends and family, and planning out her next adventure.

This was the 2nd recruiter I had used, and EHS BYFAR OUT PERFORMED THE competitor. I was with the unnamed competitor from July until October. In October I picked up EHS, and in less than a week John,... (who in my opinion deserves double PTO, as well as a pay raise by at least 25%)presented a position to me where I was considered a top candidate. 2 weeks later I have landed the position I've been looking for!
